2. Products & prices

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar as the final amount. Delivery fees are shown clearly before you place an order, with no surprise charges. We aim for accurate part descriptions and specifications; images may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Ordering & contract

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you receive an electronic invoice in Arabic containing order details, price and date. Your acceptance of these terms is given explicitly at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through a payment provider licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait (KNET, cards, Apple Pay). We do not charge extra fees for any payment method.

5. Returns & refunds

6. Liability

Electrical parts should be fitted by a qualified technician. The store is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, with jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts, and disputes may be referred to the Digital Commerce Dispute Settlement Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
